The facility is consisted of extruding workshop, primary baking workshop, impregnation workshop, secondary baking workshop, graphitization workshop, machining workshop, and special carbon/graphite material Research & Development center. All production procedures are complete and design is reasonable. When all procedures are put into operation, the annual production capacity can reach 30,000 tons, the annual output value is expected to be 3 billion Chinese Yuan, and more than 80 million of profit tax could be paid. Currently, Asahi Technology has more than 130 employees. When all production procedures become operational, more than 300 employees would be needed. This facility will also be known as a training center for high end technological human resource in China's carbon/graphite industry. At the same time, Asahi Technology is also able to make significant social contributions by stimulating local economic development and helping to resolve local employment problem.
